Refunds & Cancellations
Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund a 24 hour advance notice is required with LUV Tennis prior to the beginning of the 1st lesson, activity or service being provided.
- No credits or refunds will be issued for any missed classes.
- Refunds for any medical issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Insufficient checks made out to LUV Tennis will result in a $25.00 return fee.
- Cash or Check: Payments made by cash or check will be refunded by a check or credit for another similar class within 5-7 days.
- All tuition must be paid by the 7th of each month, unless financial arrangement are made with LUV Tennis.
As a courtesy, LUV Tennis allows students to make up a missed class within 7-10 days
Cancellations
LUV Tennis reserves the right to cancel a program if enrollment is insufficient. A full refund will be issued should this occurs. When a program has reached capacity enrollment, we will contact you in advance and arrange an alternative activity.
Cancellations during extreme emergency conditions due to severe weather, natural disasters, major utility failure or other reasons, LUV Tennis will contact you in advance by text/email. We will provide make up lessons if possible.
